Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They are widely used to make sites work, remember preferences, and understand how a site is used. Similar technologies — local storage, pixels and SDK identifiers — serve comparable purposes and are covered by this policy.

• Strictly necessary — session integrity, load balancing, security and fraud prevention. These cannot be switched off.
• Preference — remembering your theme choice (light or dark) and language. Stored locally on your device.
• Analytics — aggregated, privacy-respecting measurement of which pages are visited and where people drop off.
• Marketing — used only if you arrive from a campaign, to attribute the visit. We do not build advertising profiles from health data.

The marketing site is intentionally light on tracking. At present it sets:

• shabash-theme — browser local storage, remembers your light/dark preference, no expiry, no personal data.
• Session cookies set by our hosting provider for security and routing, expiring when you close the browser.

If we add analytics or campaign measurement, this list and the consent banner will be updated before those technologies are activated.

• Browser settings let you block or delete cookies — check your browser's help pages for instructions.
• Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site.
• On mobile, you can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device's privacy settings.
• Clearing site data in your browser removes the stored theme preference.

Embedded content — for example a map or a video player — may set its own cookies that we do not control. We only embed such content where necessary, and where possible we use privacy-enhanced modes that defer loading until you interact.

We review this policy whenever we add or remove a technology. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent review.
