About Shabash
Shabash started with a simple observation: most health apps in India are translated, not written. The advice inside them assumes a kitchen, a routine and a vocabulary that most people here do not have.
So we built the opposite. A daily plan written in Hinglish around the food you actually eat, a coaching team you can message at 11pm, and dadi-nani ke nuskhe checked by qualified practitioners before they reach you.
What we believe
Health advice fails when it is written for someone else. Every plan, remedy and reply on Shabash is written in Hindi, English or the mix in between — whichever the person in front of us actually uses.
If a home remedy will not fix something, we say so. If someone needs a doctor, we tell them to see one. We would rather lose a session than stretch a claim.
Nobody changes their life on a Monday. Six small things a day, adjusted when life gets in the way, does more over a year than any 12-week transformation programme.
Health data is the most personal data there is. We collect the minimum, guard it properly, and let anyone take it back in two taps without an argument.
Our story
2024
A founding team member watched their mother abandon three health apps in a month — not because the advice was wrong, but because none of it was in a language or a kitchen she recognised.
2025
Before any code, we wrote daily plans manually for a hundred people over WhatsApp. Almost everything the product does today came from what those conversations taught us.
2026
The app launched with four categories, a verified coach network and a promise: gharelu nuskhe stay free, forever.
Meshly Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is registered in India. Our coaching network spans practitioners across the country, working remotely in the languages their communities speak.
